Finding Total Contentment

Becoming An Azure Warrior

This is my five books in one and it’s all revised and improved. I started writing in 1999 in Gaol I had attempted armed robbery with the intention of trying to save the world from global warming. I was found not guilty by reason of mental illness and that illness made me creative and I did time writing rhyme as I say. If you like poetry you’ll love my poems they’re well written and quite uplifting. This book can help with weight loss, addiction and mental health. It is written from a lived experience of a long slow recovery to sanity, spending 20 years as a mental health forensic patient overcoming bipolar, a chronic addiction and losing weight. In my last breach purely for personal use of cannabis I spent over 9 years in institutions without access to the community but I recovered with my resilience.

In 1999 I used the 9-Pointed Star on the cover of my first attempt at writing a book. Years later I found out that the 9-pointed star had also turned up in crop circles in 1999 when I first began using this powerful symbol. Probably the first people to use this symbol were the ancient Egyptians. I heard a voice one night say you have earned your star, a week later a friend said she could
see it above my head in my aura, I felt very content for a month or two. I was told when learning Rei-ki that it is an ascension symbol in the Baha’i faith the number nine represents perfection.

I call contentment the ultimate cure and I say state of mind is everything. I usually eat just one meal a day and don’t hunger that much anymore. Buddhist monks have been practising this life style for millennia, it is good for cell health, weight loss and fasting can be enlightening. You can find Total Contentment here and there it is a peaceful feeling not needing much and being happy and content in the moment. This book can raise your vibration and help you find enlightenment no matter what level you are at. It can take you from a rock bottom to a supreme high and you can go from being a sinner to being Saint like.

Is our true God just the Sun in the sky the light which sustains us? Is our higher power just our higher self? Are we more open to this energy when we are doing good? Are the Gods and prophets just master’s as such people who have achieved a high level of consciousness and you can find Total Contentment…

Invisible Scars Somalia

A true story of an Australian soldier living with the effects of PTSD

Africa, 1984: Al-Shabaab militants succeeded in smuggling weapons and equipment into Somalia from Ethiopia, unimpeded. The US President Ronald Reagan authorised a shadow team of international soldiers to spy on the movement of rebels and arms fl owing into Mogadishu, Somalia’s capital.

An Australian Regular Army soldier, together with two British military personnel, seconded by the US to join a CIA special agent and an Ethiopian female warrior to infi ltrate to Luuq, a rural town and staging area for Al-Shabaab rebels in Central Somalia, on a clandestine mission. Their call sign was ‘Delta One.’ Their secret and urgent mission was to observe the movement of rebel forces, their equipment, and ammunition, then report back directly to Langley. During the mission, the team needed to cover their own tracks in case the proverbial hit the fan.

Staying one step ahead of the rebels was easy, whilst racing against the clock, until the team wound up in a horrendous ambush against superior rebel forces.

For a nation, unaware of the effects combat has on its soldiers, life for the Australian soldier returning from Somalia became harder after discharge, as he battled the complexities of PTSD and alcoholism in civvy street. Haunted by the nightmares of his time in Africa and racked by guilt from driving his wife and family away. He discovers help at the Repatriation General Hospital, Psychiatric Ward 17, in Adelaide, South Australia.

However, there was another enemy at play. The lure of Soldier of Fortune work would set him in action again

Life Through Art

Revive creative freedom, heal from trauma and embody spiritual wisdom

You don’t need to be a technically good artist to use art as a vehicle for healing or self-realisation. All you need is your preferred art medium and a willingness to move across the page in whatever way you’re called.

In Life Through Art, Abigail shares the personal experiences that guided her to embody an art healing modality. That is, a method of visual art where the individual relinquishes the urge to control the outcome on the page in lieu of liberating what their intuition seeks to express. It is a stream of consciousness approach to artmaking which promotes healing benefits beyond the satisfaction of executing a particular image.

Through original art, poetry and incisive self-reflection, the author explores the connection between being creative, healing from trauma, and becoming more aware of the spiritual world. This is offered as a guide for how we can use art healing to flow into a more fulfilling path.
