How Low Can You Go?

Nutritious meals from $30 per week

This book has over 80 recipes that prove it can be down. Yet this is more than a recipe book. It is a book for our times, giving you the edge in a crisis. You will learn what foods to buy and when, supermarket psychology and how to stay ahead of the game when things change. There are tricks for when a favourite food becomes expensive and ideas on free foods that might be right underneath your feet.

Just how low can you go? For most of us, 40% of what we currently spend on food.

A family of four can feed themselves for $90 per week.

When Kimberley Gillan stopped work due to illness, drastic changes were needed for her family to keep a roof over their heads. The challenge was, how low could she go on groceries, while providing the 17 more essential vitamins and minerals her family needed and still having weekly treats, snacks, and celebrations. Over seven years of trial and error she learnt more than how to survive; she learnt a recipe for a better life.

Here it is, a set of instructions on how to play the grocery game and win.

Sleepwalker

Some of us dream when we sleep. Some of us walk in between the realms of the subconscious and reality.

It’s tough being a sixteen-year-old girl who hides in the shadows of others. It’s even tougher when you’re trying to balance living in two worlds—reality and the dreamworld.

When Eleanor falls asleep, she begins to remember her dreams in vivid detail. At first, it starts trivial; she befriends a beautiful magician named Hal who shows her the enthralling magic of the dreamworld, taking her to places she could only, well, dream of.

Soon, she begins to live in and out of her dreams, trying to keep her dual life from her friends and grandfather. But keeping the secret hidden from those around her becomes increasingly more difficult as she starts to lose consciousness during school, slipping into the dreamworld and waking with memory of haunting visions while surrounded by giggling peers.

While her social reputation feels like it’s hit rock-bottom, Eleanor somehow manages to catch the eye of the popular but mysterious Leigh Forrest, the school’s golden bad-boy. As Eleanor dives deeper into the fantastical dreamworld, the rose-coloured filter wears off and a sense of real danger creeps in, one that threatens her own existence and that of all who call the dreamworld home.

Pulled into a whirlwind of events that shake the two realms, Eleanor is forced to look inside herself and question everything she knows about her reality and those around her.

Samuel Carvosso 1814-1874

Coachbuilder & Much More

People fade from the pages of history, often leaving little or no historical memory in their community. Yet, for a time, they have occupied centre stage, some longer, some shorter, but all heroic. Samuel Carvosso arrived in Adelaide with his young family in February 1849, an ‘Old Colonist’. He lived life to the full, was memorable, likeable, complex, honest, generous, yet flawed (as we all are). He lived a Wesleyan life integrating a personal faith in his Lord with the church, his work and the broader community.

Extensive appendixes include family trees and details of Samuel’s contemporaries, friends and extended family who intersected his life. Also includes insightful fragments about the women—Samuel’s wife Louisa, their daughters, and other women.

“Samuel Carvosso’s story takes the reader on a journey through the challenges and achievements of another time. It brings to light a slice of history, showing us the differences and similarities with our own lives.”

Infrequent Frequencies, Rare Resonance

Untravelled Paths Through Natural, Practical and Alternative Understandings of Your Life, Purpose and Meaning

How could a book challenge nearly everything you have been led or conditioned to believe about life and reality and still confirm what a part of you has always known? You are part of an Experiment of Consciousness and this truth has profound implications for how you can understand your life and live it. Infrequent Frequencies, Rare Resonance presents bold, new and mind-bending perspectives that challenge fundamental assumptions of the natural world and our place in it. This work probes science, mathematics, music, mysticism, and consciousness in the search for truth, revealing unconventional ideas and new ways of understanding.

“IF you only read the books that everyone else is reading, you can only think what everyone else is thinking?

Infrequent Frequencies, Rare Resonance: Untravelled Paths Through Natural, Practical and Alternative Understandings of your Life, Purpose and Meaning

Evolution transcends material beginnings: higher vibrational frequencies resonate from the infinitely small, on through the level of the Solar System and up through vastness of galaxies. Conscience is your inner guidance system: your inner voice is the active force of a superior consciousness. This very different understanding of polarity leads to new insights about how and why the world operates as it does when approximately half of the population remain essentially spiritually dead. Evidence has been hiding in plain sight: within the core truths of each of the major world faiths, within ancient wisdom, through modern science, mathematics, physics, and cymatics, consistent clues to the puzzle are emerging. Advanced superior consciousness has been in plain sight and awareness and knowledge of this challenges our understandings of origins, extending the natural Gaia Principle through to the next logical stages.

There are very rare human beings who have attained enlightenment through raising their vibration and transforming their being in ways leading to a much higher resonance. This small group of people have helped humankind along in every generation. During this lifetime you have extraordinary potential to lift your vibration and transform your inner frequencies. This work provides readers with new insights practical steps to help you achieve the aim your aims to understand your purpose and find your own path.
