The Infinite Path

This is a collection of poems, thoughts, and feelings gathered over many years; in many moods and stages of life. They have been brought together in chronological order, a bit like an autobiography. The pieces take you on a winding path in search of harmony, not only in the literal sense, but also as a soul name, making this a journey of self-discovery. Of course, this journey never ends.

May you enjoy the wandering.

About the Author

Harmony Clark

Harmony has been using poetry to express thoughts and observations, dreams, and emotions, since the age of fourteen. Her writing had always been very private, with only a piece here and there being shared with a select audience. After a couple of decades of creative drought, a resurgence of writing mojo finally occurred. More and more instances of sharing gained very positive feedback as readers felt moved and connected to what they read, and that feedback resulted in a desire for Harmony to set her work free. At times joyful, wistful, or romantic, at others darker and angry, Harmony rides the roller coaster of life as we all do. She tries to soften its harder edges with meditation, Yoga, and Qi Gong and finds joy, wonder, and inspiration in nature. She is learning to paint and hopes to one day incorporate her words with art. She chooses to write under the name of Harmony Clark, not for anonymity, but because it is a truer representation of self. Clark is the surname given at birth, rather than that chosen with marriage. Harmony is more esoteric.

Can the hearts of two best friends withstand the fear, love and shadows of a looming crown?

About the Author

AUTUMN FOX lives in Australia with her husband, who actively feeds her ever-growing TBR. Which is ironic, because as a kid, you couldn’t have paid her to read. Pick up a book? No, thank you.

She’s an avid fantasy and romantasy reader, dabbling in rom coms at the moment. Mushrooms (fake ones), fairy-sized homes and some dust adorn her bookshelves. I know it’s gross. I’ll tell her.

Wear your wings with pride, read what you want without judgement, and live vicariously through your imagination. Autumn says it’s okay.

The Ballad of Jimmy O’Reilly

It’s hard to make believe every day. I’m thinking about that a lot today. I suppose turning 100 will do that to a man.

But I have a secret, an inspiration, a guiding hand, and it’s been with me since the tragedy that fell across my path when I was 12 years old. It has always been there, like a person behind a sheer curtain blowing in the wind, never distinct and always on the verge of disappearing.

It’s a story that has shaped my being, who I am, who I believe I am at least, and has given me the confidence to try, and the strength to carry on, when the path seemed lost. It is a story of reality, a story that proves that we don’t see the world as it is, we see it as we are.

Perhaps it’s time to tell that story …

A true story of heartbreak, resilience, and a father’s unending love.

His Babies Didn’t Cry is a deeply personal account of love, loss, and the lifelong scars left by tragedy.

When his twin sons died at birth, their father was thrust into an anguish no parent should ever endure. Grief and regret reshaped his life, leaving him battling not only sorrow but also the physical toll.

Through raw reflection, he confronts the medical missteps, the weight of choices made under pressure, and the unrelenting burden of “what if.” Haunted by the suffering his sons endured, he writes with the hope that one day, when they meet again, his boys will forgive him for not being the advocate they deserved.

A moving story of heartbreak, resilience, and enduring love, His Babies Didn’t Cry gives voice to pain too often silenced and to the healing that can begin when grief is finally shared.
