Judgment in the Age of AI
Navigating the Four Disciplines that Make You Irreplaceable
WHY THIS BOOK, WHY NOW
You have already sensed it. Work you once owned is being completed — adequately — without you. The document that took three days to draft now streams onto the screen in sixty seconds. And inside every organisation racing to adopt AI, the same uncomfortable truth is surfacing: people are producing faster, but not better.
The difference is judgment. AI produces what is requested — not necessarily what is needed. The gap between the two is where your professional value now lives.
Susan K.L. Yu writes from inside that gap: forty years of enterprise transformation at IBM, Accenture, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank and Levande, and hands-on AI practice from the week ChatGPT launched, inside a live enterprise transformation. From that experience she names the four disciplines of professional judgment, maps the four stages from Interpreter to Weaver, and shows you, decision by real decision, how to move from producing the work to being the person who decides whether it is worth using.
Every copy includes access to the Judgment Premium™ Assessment. Measure your judgment today — and start building the one capability AI cannot replace
